Joe Iuliucci is a licensed real estate broker with Keller Williams Realty and leads The Iuliucci Team, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 36 years in real estate he has sold more than 15,000 homes, much of that in distressed and default property: REO and bank-owned homes, short sales, HUD homes, trustee sales and auctions.

As founder and Director of REO and Corporate Strategic Partnerships, Joe built KW Default Solutions to connect banks, mortgage servicers, asset managers and institutional sellers with trained Keller Williams agents in all 50 states. The work covers REO disposition, broker price opinions, short sale negotiation, loss mitigation, and dual-path marketing through KW Home Auctions and the Hubzu Seller Signature Auction.

He also works with investors on acquisitions and dispositions, with builders and buyers through New Home Sales Group, and with homeowners in default through KW Home Solutions. Originally from New York, Joe has been based in Las Vegas since 2001.
